Wordfront saves submitted guesses, puzzle results, collected words, keepsakes, settings, and daily allowances on its server. An essential browser cookie identifies guest saves. Clearing that cookie starts a new guest identity. A free signed-in account keeps progress across devices.

Accounts and billing

ChatGPT sign-in maps your provider identifier to a Wordfront account. Wordfront does not automatically merge accounts by email. Stripe handles the payment form; Wordfront stores customer, purchase, and legacy subscription references and payment status, never card numbers. Checkout clearly identifies test payments when the Stripe sandbox is in use.

Wordfront Plus costs $3.99 USD once for permanent unlimited play in the current worlds. It has no subscription or automatic renewals. Future expansions may be sold separately and always require a new purchase. Complimentary guest passes require no payment. Contact the support inbox shown in Account for payment help. A full refund removes the associated unlock; a disputed payment pauses it while under review. Your saved progress and free play remain available.

Sharing a challenge

A challenge link is public to anyone who has it for 30 days. It displays your optional public nickname, score, world, and puzzle rules. It does not display your account identity or your guesses. Signed-in senders can withdraw their links in Account. An invitation-only pilot admits only its invited accounts, even when a challenge link is forwarded.

Simple usage counts

Wordfront records puzzle starts and completions, invitation creation, challenge landings, share intent, and checkout activity using a pseudonymous account or guest identifier. These events do not contain guesses, answers, email addresses, or nicknames. Browser sessions are not treated as unique people. Opening the share sheet does not prove that a message was sent.

Your controls

Use Account to download your personal game data. Original browser backups remain untouched when imported. Account deletion removes game history and withdraws invitations; billing references and provider receipts are kept separately for billing support. Sign out clears cached account drafts from this browser.

Detailed usage events are retained for 90 days; expired invitation content for a further 30 days; original import receipts remain until account deletion. The current support contact is available in Account.
